Romanaccia is his love letter to Rome—authentic food with big personality. Luca leads brand, product, and operations so every slice hits the Roman standard.

Vittorio Iuè — Co-Founder & Partner

Italian producer and keyboard player with a track record in music and media. Vittorio focuses on content and cultural programming for strategic growth—bringing production discipline and a creative network that amplifies the business.

Chef Alessandro Scuderi — Executive Pizza Chef

A specialist in Roman and pan-baked pizza known for precision dough work and highly digestible products. Alessandro collaborates as a trainer with leading oven maker Moretti Forni and presents masterclasses at international industry events such as SIGEP. He’s built a large multi-platform audience by demystifying technique for home and professional bakers, and he develops innovative bases. He’s the most-followed Roman-style pizzaiolo on social media worldwide, with millions of followers. At Romanaccia he controls the product end-to-end: dough methodology, bake curve, recipes, and operational consistency.

Camillo Caddeo — Chief Culinary Systems Officer

Veteran pizza chef, trainer, industry consultant, and brand ambassador for Moretti Forni. Camillo designs end-to-end kitchen workflows, specifies professional ovens and pizza equipment, and turns competition-grade technique into scalable SOPs for multi-unit growth. He has earned podium placements in national and European pizza competitions and runs professional training programs for aspiring pizza makers. At Romanaccia he leads equipment selection, installation and calibration, bake profiles, staff training, preventive maintenance programs, and continuous improvement across operations.
