Founded by Roman native Luca Tartaglia, Romanaccia was built to carry the energy of Roma onto a global stage — direct, disciplined, unapologetically bold.

In collaboration with acclaimed Pizza Chef Alessandro Scuderi, the brand established its standard: precision, structure, and respect for Roman tradition. Romanaccia doesn’t chase trends.

It sets the reference — and gives Roman pizza the presence it deserves worldwide.

Founded by a Roman—Luca Tartaglia—together with co-founder Vittorio Iuè, the brand set out to create a place that feels like Rome: alive, honest, a little rebellious.
With acclaimed pizzaiolo Chef Alessandro Scuderi and veteran pizza-industry consultant Camillo Caddeo, Romanaccia crafted a product that balances tradition with a modern edge: slow-fermented dough, high-heat bakes, and that light, crackly crust.
